Anyone expecting Divinity Original Sin 3, this is not that. The studio clarified that a direct sequel to its critically acclaimed RPGs is not being worked on now.

Nevertheless, the developer described this new Divinity as a continuation of the main series. This distinction hints that the team is likely crafting a real-time experience instead of another turn-based title. Currently, this is speculation, as only a teaser video is available.

What Makes Divinity Special

While its setting is familiar fare, what makes Divinity apart is the remarkable agency given to the player.

The series is also wonderfully open-ended, letting players to find creative solutions both in story and combat. Most missions can be completed in multiple ways, sometimes in unexpected fashion.
